Group Meeting 1

Time: 11AM - 12PM
Tasks for Checkpoint: Meet online via Skype. Introduce yourselves, if you haven't already. Establish a plan to collaborate on your web based shared presentation. Identify group roles. Establish a plan for future meetings. Get familiar with Adobe Connect (UM Connect).
Group Responsibilities
Nathan: Identify what your responsibilities are related to this meeting.
Marie: Setting up the time to meet.I also took the role of creating the budget slides.
Chee: In charge of working on slides related to Services and Equipment.
Khou: Making the slide for the testimonial.

One thing I think our group is doing really well at
We got right down to business. Making the project clear to eachother, and helping each other when we ddidn't really understand what was expected. Things are marching in the right direction already!
We all are very willing to work together and wanting to make the project simple and clear.
We had very great communitcation from the start. Desginated each other what needs to be addressed and who plans to do what. We also helped clarify each others confusion.
We did a good job at communicating with on assigning the different task, and helping one another out with unclear questions.
One thing I think our group can improve upon
As expected, availability, and also meeting times are going to be the challenge to get everyone on the same schedule! We all have different schedules but I am confident we will make it work!
Availability is an issue.. we will have to work on getting a time set for us all to be there.
As my group member stated already, our time schdule is the only thing that in the way otherwise we're on the right track.
Finding a time when everyone was able to meet was probably the only problem that the group has because everyone live every different lives. So finding a time that work for everyone would defiantly be something to improve on,
